The Role

Veeva works with Consumer Products industry leaders to bring trusted products to market faster. Our industry-specific cloud applications, built on our Vault platform, address the unique operating challenges and regulatory requirements of Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers and suppliers.

Veeva CP (Consumer Products) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Professional Services team in Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Management Systems and a knowledge of Quality business processes within the Consumer Products, F&B, Cosmetics, or Chemicals industries.

As a Senior Consultant, you will utilize your industry knowledge and expertise to lead our project teams through successful implementations of our Veeva Vault QualityOne solution. You will be contributing firsthand towards transforming the way our customers collect, maintain, and distribute business-critical processes and documentation. You will be encouraged to share your ideas and to work with other Veeva team members to innovate and refine our internal processes, collaborate with our Product Development team, and enhance our delivery model to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and their industries.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead implementation projects for CP customers focused on Vault QualityOne applications (as well as RegulatoryOne eventually)
• Conduct workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, design, configure and validate Vault solutions
• Be responsible for project management activities such as timeline and resource planning, leading cross-functional teams, and budget tracking & forecasting
• Manage communication between the project team, customer, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Lead or contribute training sessions for customer teams once the solution is validated (typically train-the-trainer model)
• Work closely with customer\'s business and IT stakeholders to design a solution that adheres to industry best practices and aligns with customer needs
• Mentor project team members and junior consultants across the global Professional Services organization
• Occasionally, contributes to customer presentations and statements of works to support our Services sales activities
• Ensure customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagement
• Continue to expand and develop industry knowledge to enhance our delivery model to meet the changing business needs of Veeva and our customers
• Provide insight and recommendations to improve our technology and work closely with our Product team to ensure the best solutions for our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years consulting experience designing and implementing enterprise software applications with at least 2 in the Consumer Products, Cosmetics, or Chemicals industry, with a focus on Quality processes, data, and documentation
• Driven and proactive professional with the capability to define and influence their own position, solutions, and implementation strategies in a rapidly expanding setting.
• Proven ability to manage diverse customers and/or stakeholders, and ensure project delivery to a high degree of satisfaction
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs
• Project Management experience, ideally in Agile environments
• Understanding of compliance and computer systems validation requirements
• 4-year Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Flexibility to travel
• Fluent in writing and speaking English

• Any additional experiences with Claims Substantiation, Clinical, Safety, or Regulatory business processes
• Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications such as Veeva Vault solutions, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc /FirstPoint, Trackwise \xe2\x80\xa6 etc
• SaaS/Cloud delivery experience
• Document/data migration experience
• PMP certification / Scrum certification
• Execution experience with Agile methodology
• Additional regional language(s): Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa
