The role

As a Senior Future Workplace Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges, goals, and objectives. Leveraging your expertise in workplace transformation and future of work trends, you will provide strategic guidance, develop tailored solutions, and lead the implementation of innovative workplace initiatives that enhance productivity, engagement, and collaboration. You will take part in implementation projects, in pre-sales, in the development of POC\xe2\x80\x99s, and bring experience and expertise gained from your previous engagements.

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of project delivery, including Planning, Analysis, Design, Building, Testing, and Migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology and design teams to incorporate technology, operational, and solution requirements into solution strategies.
• Develop and modify infrastructure solutions within designated computing environments, relying on specialized infrastructure and networking knowledge.
• Create project deliverable documentation, including design, building, and operations guides.
• Collaborate and engage directly with clients to transform information technology landscapes into new technology environments.
• Define and establish information technology operations, processes, procedures, and toolsets to manage and maintain the specified requirements for a solution.
• Conduct systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support the creation and execution of change management efforts that accompany solutions.
• Occasionally manage project components and, when necessary, junior-level resources.

Technology Skills:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills and applicable experience in the following technical roles:

• Create high and low-level design architecture
• O365 suite - Design, plan, install, configure, and maintain Enterprise level-based solutions aligned with business needs.
• Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and AAD Connect / DirSync Services
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility and Security suite (EMS E3/E5)
• Office 365 / M365: on-premise/hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and associated Microsoft Collaboration Services.
• Microsoft 365 Defender: Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity and Microsoft Defender for Cloud apps
• Understanding of network dependencies, implications & requirements needed for all Office 365 services.

What we need to see from you

• University degree preferred (in the field of Information Technology and/or or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred)
• Microsoft 365 related certification
• You will likely have 8+ years of relevant systems engineering and/or infrastructure experience
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
• Design, integration, implementation, test, and migration experience in related area of technology
• Ability to independently conduct meetings with technical workshop with client and stakeholders in area of technology.
• Experience of working within a matrixed business spanning consulting and technology services and onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery centers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
