• Coordinate and manage the phases for the bank-side PMO.
• Oversee the migration process, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
• Support and manage system testing activities to verify the success of the project.
• Coordinate UAT activities, ensuring the final system meets business requirements.
• Facilitate the transition from the project team to the operational team for ongoing support.
• Manage the successful deployment of the solution into the live environment.
• Serve as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and the client to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of tasks.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in IT PMO Support.
• Experience in system enhancement projects, specifically related to migrations, system testing (ST), UAT, transition to BAU, and live release.
• Experience in team management or leading project teams is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese language (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients).
