DESIGNATION : Senior Consultant, Partnerships

RESPONSIBILITIES
An Overview We are looking for a self-driven and dynamic individual to join our Partnerships team. You will be working together with the team in managing our corporate and social organisation relations through our skills-based volunteering programmes and projects. You will also work together with the team in managing our skilled volunteers network. Additionally, you will be contributing to the designing, matching and execution of programmes/projects to build the capacity of our social organisations. Working in a lean and flat team structure, this is truly an opportunity for you to make a difference in the social sector. Roles and Responsibilities The Consultant is expected to:

  • Assist in business development and leads generation. The individual would develop project proposals, contribute to the designing of programmes, and identify potential leads from existing projects to contribute to business development.
  • Assist in facilitation or training. The individual would also contribute to the execution of skills-based volunteering programmes by assisting the main facilitator or trainer in necessary activities to ensure the delivery of high quality programmes. When required, he/she would also need to be the main facilitator or trainer.
  • Manage client accounts.The individual would be directly overseeing projects, and serve as Client Relationship Director for low to mid-complex volunteering programmes to ensure successful implementation and good standing corporate and social organisation relations.
  • Manage projects.The individual would plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate mid to high-complex volunteering programmes in order to ensure they are delivered timely, within budget, and according to the needs of the social sector with clients\xe2\x80\x99 specifications
  • Assist in resource management. The individual will support in people management in the department through guidance and monitoring of the team\xe2\x80\x99s welfare and contribution to achieve optimal productivity.
  • Support in project administration. This role includes providing project administration support along all projects\xe2\x80\x99 lifecycle to ensure smooth project delivery.


QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • At least a Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or other related fields
  • Has graduated with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in corporate social responsibility or volunteer management
  • Keen interest in developing Singapore\xe2\x80\x99 social landscape, with demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience in the local context
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to develop high profile, influential, and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic perspective, and business acumen
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills
  • Strong track record in project management and event management
  • Be proficient in Google Drive documentation and Excel
Preferred Experiences
  • Has experience in managing projects and events involving multiple stakeholders
  • Has experience in concurrently managing multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Has experience interacting with social sector stakeholders (e.g. volunteers, charities, government agencies, foundations)
