Responsibilities:

• Support the assessment and coordination of multiple IT projects and initiatives across the APAC region.
• Identify and prevent inconsistencies or potential risks in project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including regional IT, compliance, operations departments, APAC offices, and external vendors.
• Assist in project planning activities such as defining As-Is/To-Be processes, migration planning, test planning, and creating WBS.
• Prepare project documentation and materials to support internal approval processes.
• Facilitate effective communication and meeting management among multiple project managers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to senior management reporting and project governance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a financial institution.
• Proven experience in system implementation or migration projects with regional or global scope, especially in the planning phase.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments (business, IT, compliance, vendors, etc.).
• Professional mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
• Experience working in a consulting firm will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience working in a bank's IT Department, vendor selection, SLA, and performance management, coordinating with Japan-based stakeholders and background in managing cutover planning, data migration, and UAT across multiple countries are a plus.
