Our diverse workforce of 13,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region.OverviewAs a Senior Consultant, SAP MM / Project Management, you will be responsible for managing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, ensuring seamless system implementation, integration, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system solutions, and lead process analysis, testing, and deployment. Your role includes overseeing system design, compliance with technical standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions within the defined timeframe.What will you do?Business Engagement & Requirement Analysis

• Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.
• Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, planning, and monitoring.
• Translating and simplifying requirements, identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
• Analyzing change in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules.

System Design & Development

• Design and document the specification for program development and ensure the developed program meets user requirements.
• Responsible to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the overall architecture design.

Testing & Deployment

• Plan, identify, define, and conduct System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test to ensure the proposed solution fulfills business requirements.
• Leading and/or participating in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.

Security & Compliance

• Collate information required for the authorization setup.
• Responsible to conform and comply with the program standards, processes, and SAP-specific technical standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery

• Partnering with other functional and technical consultants to ensure a fully integrated enterprise system to meet business needs within the stipulated timeframe and ensuring quality delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP project implementation and rollout, with a strong focus on SAP Plant Maintenance and knowledge of Material, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
• Proficiency in Fiori apps and their application within SAP environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of process harmonization concepts and their impact on business operations.
• Proven ability to conduct requirement gathering and solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Expertise in solution design methodologies and implementation techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams, functional consultants, and technical specialists.
