Primary Purpose

As a SAP/MM Specialist you will participate on SAP support & maintenance projects within logistics functional area.

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Maintains existing business solution in SAP/MM area
• Proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP/MM application according to the functional and technical requirements
• Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development
• Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
• Keeps close communication with ABAP development team
• Based on user requirements analysis you will prepare functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the assigned change requests
• Able to mentor other and introduces best practices

A little about you:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Knowledgeable and skilled in maintenance of SAP/MM modules and related sub modules (MM-IM; MM-PUR)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP MM functional experience
• Experience in full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects
• Familiar with ABAP programming
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority
• Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support.
• SAP MM certification is added advantage
• Strong ownership - able to plan, monitor and take corrective action on tasks/activities with minimal supervision, out of the box thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box
• Strong drive for success - and closure of issues
