Work you will do

As a Consultant in the Strategy and Innovation team, you will provide support to the Asia Pacific (AP) Consulting and Southeast Asia (SEA) leadership teams and stakeholders to support on strategic priorities, align business and firm vision, and share best practices.

The role has a primary focus on supporting the firm’s strategy and planning agenda. You will be a key member of the team performing primary and secondary research, data analysis, in support of leadership agenda, strategy, workshops, and firm communications.

You may also be required to support ad hoc Strategy and Innovation team projects.

We are looking for professionals who have a recognized degree from a top-tier academic institution and have related experience in strategy & advisory related functions from professional services or boutique advisory environments. Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with a leading organization, ideally with experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy from a strong brand;
• Structured thinker with exceptional problem-solving ability and strong attention to details. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationships with stakeholders and work together with people from various backgrounds and levels to ensure successful execution of programs;
• Experience and skills to drive insights, develop initiatives and engage stakeholders across different functions to set strategic directions and rationale that lead to operational change and execution;
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills; experienced in structuring and developing presentation materials for formal communications;
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment;
• "Can do" attitude and willingness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance culture
• Position will be based in Singapore with minimal travel required.
