Short Description:

1. Roles and Responsibilities:

a. Conduct CTRM functional requirements workshops with single users / large business groups

b. Document requirements and translate to engineering inputs for IT

c. Participate in design workshops with business and IT

d. Develop and support / execute acceptance scenarios

e. Own, or participate in, project and release planning for different iterations and sprints

2. Skills /Competencies:

a. Essential Skills:

i. Agri / Metals / Energy commodity trading knowledge - trade capture, pricing, derivatives hedging, goods movement, stock management, settlements and accounting

ii. Experience in conducting functional requirements workshops with single users / large business groups

iii. Experience working with 3rd party vendors for core CTRM, Report and Interface implementation OR experience in developing custom CTRM systems covering deal capture, operations, accounting, reporting

iv. Ability to closely interact with Businesses to understand requirements, with vendors to understand system and data

v. Ability to demo functionality to Business, take feedback and action as fixes or enhancements

vi. Knowledge of commodity trading in Europe, North America, South America, Asia

b. Preferred skills

i. Knowledge of related analytics and reporting

ii. A good knack to identify and provide value-adds to processes and systems

c. Additional Skills:

Excellent customer interfacing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
