ABOUT THE ROLE OF CONSULTANT AT THE GAP PARTNERSHIP This role is an amazing opportunity to thrive in a world-class consultancy. Our Consultants deliver our renowned behavioral change workshops and consulting projects to many of the world\xe2\x80\x99s biggest brands and C-Suite leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consultants play an active part in the delivery of TGP\xe2\x80\x99s full solution portfolio of capability development workshops and consulting projects, beginning with workshops. A successful consultant is able to:

  • Achieve high mastery levels in the delivery and facilitation of all our core capability development products, both virtually and face-to-face
  • Contribute to the execution of TGP\xe2\x80\x99s overall sales strategies and business plans by leading our client engagements alongside the wider Client Delivery team;
  • Apply their knowledge and expertise in contributing to assets such as insights, thought leadership, and client proposals;
  • Proactively use the client relationships they develop to identify sales opportunities and pass those opportunities to the relevant client lead to manage; and
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders across the organization by fostering collaborative ways of working, based on trust, transparency, and respect.
REQUIREMENTS
  • You have a successful commercial background, personally conducting negotiations on a medium to large scale across multiple industries or you are from a leading consulting company.
  • You have a highly developed interest in the field of negotiation.
  • Must have a high degree of comfort with public speaking and/or presenting in front of groups.
  • You enjoy working with business leaders and keeping up to date with both your clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses and wider industry news.
  • You are not scared of technology or multi-tasking. You like to be in control and are highly organized. You are flexible when issues occur, think on your feet and solve problems whilst keeping your cool.
  • You have a growth mindset and are driven to take responsibility for your self-development and seek out learning opportunities.
  • You are fluent in English, Chinese or any major Asian language would be an advantage to deal with our delegates in Asia.
