Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will gather users\' requirements for system enhancements, analyse requirements, plan and execute functional, non-functional, and system integration tests to generate artifacts such as BRD, FSD, use cases, and other relevant documents for the project and ensure user sign-off.

To give you an idea of how this analyst role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Collaborate with business users to assess the complexity and elicit effort estimation

• Plan and execute functional and system integration testing and support business in the user acceptance testing

• Chair and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders

• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

To apply for this Business Analyst role, you will need experience working in the insurance domain for 7-9 years, preferably in Property and Casualty (P&C for Small and Medium Enterprise). You will also require the following:

• Product configuration knowledge in eBAO

• Comprehensive understanding of insurance industry trends and strategies

• Very detailed and meticulous in requirement analysis

• A comprehensive understanding of requirement elicitation techniques

• Product design and configuration skills are preferable

• Stakeholder management with good communication skills.
