We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Contract Manager, Legal to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing, amending, and managing various contracts within our organization.

Make an Impact by

• Reviewing and amending various contracts: contracts for the sale of products / services, contracts for the engagement of services and/or the purchase of goods (i.e. Vendor/Supplier contracts), Partnership/Alliance contracts.
• Supporting the business on the contractual documentation for tenders.
• Managing / advising the business on various contractual matters e.g. enforcement, collection of fees payable under contract (including working together with Credit Management for enforcement, legal proceedings, etc), breach, etc.
• Liaising with internal and external legal counsel (where necessary) - for contractual matters and/or disputes arising in the Satellite business unit.
• Liaising with and manage internal corporate service business units such as Risk, Tax, Finance, Procurement, Credit Management, in the contract drafting/negotiation process, to ensure both corporate governance and business objectives are met.
• Managing the contracts filing system to ensure proper archive and easy retrieval of executed contracts.
• Assisting with contractual negotiations with external parties where necessary.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Law and Business
• Prior in-house experience of at least 2 years, preferably handling procurement / sales contracts in the telecommunication industry with 6-8 years of PQE
• General knowledge of UK / Australia contract law / legal principles
• Excellent inter-personal skills and good negotiation skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
