• Verifying and validating transactions within the System for consistency
• Ensuring timely and accurate updates of deals in the system to reflect any changes
• Drafting contracts for Crude and/or products for internal review
• Distributing contracts post-approval
• Recording contracts and associated amendments in the system
• Keeping master templates up to date as required
• Assessing and responding to contracts received from counterparties
• Updating contract-related Excel worksheets/Power BI reports
• Creating tender offers as necessary
• Coordinating with Finance/Legal/Demurrage departments on contract wording and terminology
• Evaluating counterparties\xe2\x80\x99 general terms and conditions

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Trade Support/ Operations role in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Good understanding of incoterms
• Experience working in Commodity trading environment
• Highly detailed and meticulous
