is looking for aSenior Contracts Analyst
to join its team in Singapore.Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage trading contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and commercial integrity Partner closely with traders and stakeholders across global offices to provide expert contractual support Collaborate with legal, credit, operations, and risk teams to resolve complex contractual issues Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance contract management efficiency
Requirements:
5 + years of experience in contract management within a
trading company
