Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for contract management activities
- Work closely with traders on trade contracts & terms
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and relevant documents
- Maintain and update contract documents in the database
- Monitor and update management on commercial contracts
- Manage and resolve contracts-related disputes
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Legal Studies or Supply Chain Management
- At least 2 - 3 years of contract management experience preferably from oil trading industry
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
