Own the end-to-end delivery of PLC/SCADA scope--from engineering and simulation to FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover--while leading site activities, documentation, and client communication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Development
Develop PLC programs and SCADA applications; conduct office simulations prior to deployment.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing PLC/SCADA systems.
Prepare electrical/instrument/control cable schedules and instrument installation based on hook-up drawings.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Plan and execute FAT for panels; perform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and point-to-point checks.
Generate test protocols, test reports, and commissioning dossiers; submit to client.
Prepare and submit As-Built drawings with Professional Engineer (PE) endorsement.
Project Management & Coordination
Prepare detailed work schedules, site organization charts, and manpower mobilization plans.
Lead day-to-day site activities; assign tasks, coordinate tools/materials, and supervise technicians.
Verify and approve project technicians' timesheets.
Attend weekly client progress meetings and internal meetings; present progress and risks.
Produce daily/weekly progress reports and minutes of meeting.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Prepare MSRA/Method Statements for all work activities and ensure compliance with QHSE/WSH requirements.
Submit material catalogues/samples; arrange RTO inspections, site inspections, and testing per customer requirements.
Commercial & Pre-Sales Support
Prepare BOQs and quotations for new tenders and additional works/VOs.
Client Support
Provide remote/phone support for urgent site issues; coordinate swift fault resolution and escalation.
Technical Scope
Apply strong working knowledge across Electrical systems, BMS, Process Instrumentation, and Fire Alarm interfaces.
Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Control & Automation or equivalent.
Hands-on PLC/SCADA engineering, FAT/SAT, and commissioning experience.
Proficient with instrumentation, control wiring practices, and reading P&IDs/loop diagrams.
Strong documentation skills (reports, O&M manuals, MSRA, as-builts).
Effective stakeholder communication and team leadership at site.
