Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in the smooth running of the production kitchen, which caters for daily patients\' meals.
Prepare the daily ingredients, plating and dishing of meals, and ensure that meal quality standards are met
Requirements:
Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate
Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work staggered hours between 5am to 7pm
