Station Management:

Set up, organize, and clean a specific kitchen workstation, ensuring it is stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment.

Food Preparation:

Prepare ingredients, cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu requirements, and execute special dishes requiring particular skill.
