We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join the esteemed corporate practice of a leading global law firm in Singapore. Our client is a top-tier international firm renowned for advising on complex, high-profile transactions worldwide. With a strong presence in Asia Pacific, their Singapore office offers a dynamic and collaborative environment for ambitious lawyers.About the Role:

• Join a market-leading corporate team advising on large-scale M&A transactions, including public and private deals, growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, and leveraged buyouts
• Work closely with elite clients, including public and private corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments, and international bodies
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and client engagement

Ideal Candidate:

• 4-6 years PQE (UK notional) with a common law qualification from Singapore, the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, or Canada
• Proven PE/M&A experience in top-tier private practice, ideally with expertise in infrastructure (clean energy) M&A transactions
• Strong drafting skills, self-starter mentality, and ability to lead deals with minimal supervision
