In-charge of Corporate secretarial matters including incorporation, registration, statutory compliance, ACRA filing/liaison amongst others
Work with team of professionals in providing corporate secretarial support or advices to clients
Preparation of annual documents and the relevant filings for companies such as AGM & annual returns
Preparation of resolutions for any corporate exercises such as series funding
Advisory & applications for overseas incorporations on behalf of clients
Prepare invoices & make collection on these invoices
Prepare monthly statement of unpaid invoices
Responsible for collections & payments
Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related discipline
At least 3 years of Corporate Secretarial experiences
ICSA qualified is of an advantage
* Must be conversant in both written and spoken English
