Job Description
Job Summary:
- Company background: Engineering & Construction
- Salary Range: $8000
- 5 days working day, Site-based, 2 years contract
- Working Location: Tuas (with company shuttle bus at Jurong East MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with procurement, subcon leads and PMs to set up project budgets.
- Preparation and maintenance of reports, budget, VO, cashflows and forecasts.
- Monitors and updates the actual and committed costs periodically and analyses these costs and trends.
- Verify cost allocations according to Work Package.
- Prepare monthly Cost Report and GPR, and Client Reports as required.
- Prepare 15-week and monthly Cash Flows.
- Prepare billing memo with supporting documents for Finance to prepare invoices and entries into SAP;
- Coordinate with Finance/Procurement/Operations.
- Prepare Project and Management ad hoc reports.
