Key Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc standard cost roll and stock adjustment and cycle count posting in system.
• Provide and analyze weekly reports to support Operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting including journal entries, accounting schedules, balance sheet reconciliation.
• Coordinating and conduct annual/bi-annual physical stock count and inventory management for various plants.
• Manage full spectrum of Fixed asset activities.
• Responsible for fixed asset report to ensure all assets are accountable.
• Preparation and submission of board statistic surveys.
• Support external tax and audit and perform SOX audit.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, finance or other equivalents, or professional degrees (eg. ACCA).
• At least 5 years of accounting experience. Hands on knowledge of inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Proficient in SAP, HFM and Microsoft office applications.
• Independent and self-starter, highly organized and positive working attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient team player who can juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines in fast paced and dynamic environment.
