We are looking for a Senior Creator Strategy Manager to lead our efforts in managing and growing TikTok's local services creators in Singapore. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our creator ecosystem, driving their growth and lifecycle management. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance creator monetization and overall ecosystem health.Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the strategy operation work regarding TikTok local services creators, and take charge of the creator growth and creator lifecycle.
- Sort out the growth paths and capability models of creators, and build influencer growth strategies as well as incentive systems.
- Analyze the painpoints and difficulties in creator monetization, and operate the efficient growth of the creator ecosystem through corresponding solutions in terms of traffic, products, and user experience.
- Continuously verify the achievable paths of creator growth strategies with collaborating parties, and precipitate and iterate methodologies and productization mechanisms that can be replicated on a large scale.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy operation.
- Demonstrated experience in creator operation, with a proven ability to deconstruct complex issues and a deep understanding of commercial and business development perspectives.
- Strong data analysis skills, structured and quantitative thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proficient project management skills, high levels of professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to coordinate resources to meet objectives.Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge in the creator economy and influencer marketing.
