Senior Credit Approver Digital Bank
Job Description
Our client, a Digital Bank, is looking for a Senior Credit Approver to join them. In this role, you will report to the Head of Credit Risk and be an integral part of the Risk team.
The ideal candidate for this role will lead and improve credit underwriting standards and processes, evaluate and approve transactions within delegated authority, and ensure adherence to the Bank\'s credit standards and regulatory requirements.
He/she will also play a key role in developing and enhancing the early warning framework for proactive management of vulnerable accounts, conducting portfolio monitoring, leading studies on non-performing loans, and supporting the conceptualization of new credit products.
Someone with proven experience in a credit approving role within the FI/banking space, and with good exposure to SME or wholesale is imperative.
