:Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Oversee the recruitment, selection, and placement of seafarers for the company\xe2\x80\x99s fleet, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all crew members hold valid certifications and meet international and flag state regulations, including STCW, MLC, and other relevant industry standards.\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage crew budgets, including wages, travel expenses, and medical costs, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high operational standards.\xc2\xb7 Lead initiatives for crew training, career development, and succession planning to ensure a competent and well-trained workforce.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with vessel owners, operations teams, manning agencies, and regulatory authorities to ensure effective crewing operations and address any crew-related issues promptly.RequirementsRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Min Diploma in maritime studies, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
