With a focus on immunology that extends to innovation in diabetes and transplant medicines, we pursue progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main ResponsibilitiesMaximize omnichannel engagement platform for an improved customer experienceConduct regular digital and face-to-face engagements in alignment with the omnichannel customer journey blueprintStrong competency in organizing meaningful meetings with clear objectives tailored to Healthcare Professionals of various medical specialties for public and private channelsGood knowledge of all promoted products, key competitor products, major clinical trials and clinical disease statesAchieve sales targets while operating within the confines of company policies, approved budget and promotional programs.Provide monthly sales analysis and precise sales forecastAbility to mentor junior sales representatives for onboardingGood presentation skills with strong capability in cascading value with in-depth explorationExecution excellence with close follow up and identify upselling opportunitiesAbout YouBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma from any discipline (Science or Pharmaceutical-related is a plus)Minimum 3 Years of Pharmaceutical sales experience / Account Management/ Marketing experienceDigital Marketing / eCOM experience is a definite plusFamiliar with local healthcare and reimbursement mechanismKnowlegeable in Segmentation and TargetingData & Insights - ability to source, identify and convert data into insights, driving actions.Innovation - curiosity, customer obsession and white space / new revenue streams focus.Team Player, and the ability to move with speed, experiment and learn with growth mindset.Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsActive listening and retaining information skillsDemonstrate high level of comfort and confidence to discuss and engage, handle rejection and objection with customers via phone and digital toolsIT literate and familiarity with CRM system and digital platformsPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
