Senior Customer Service Representative Working hours : 5 days [ 8am -5pm ] Location: Jurong West Salary : $4000 - $4800+ AWS+VB Requirements * Degree in any field with minimum 2 years experience Senior Customer Service Representative Working hours : 5 days [ 8am -5pm ] Location: Jurong West Salary : $4000 - $4800+ AWS+VB Requirements Degree in any field with minimum 2 years experiences. Responsibilities: Provides daily support to customer inquiries, which may include key accounts, regarding products and/or services. Receives inquiries and complaints regarding products and/or services. Investigates and resolves a variety of problems. Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bills/orders, etc. May go to customer's website for correspondence and confirm, change or cancel the orders. Champions activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Track shipments, orders, reworks, etc. Trains junior team members as needed Demonstrates knowledge and expertise in product and applications Identifies ways to reduce waste and improve business processes
