To manage and process customers\' orders in efficient and accurate manner as assigned by the Line manager
Close and timely co-ordination with internal and external parties on order fulfilment
Prepare relevant documentation for shipment and deliveries including L/C documentation
Timely invoicing to capture sales revenue
Receipt and entry of Customers\' Complaints/Feedback into Quality Management System, and assist with the RMA process, including credit/replacement requests as part of complaint resolution.
Handling of L/C negotiation where applicable
Continuously seek improvement on order processes, procedures and system related enhancements
To support ad hoc task assignments
Requirements:
Diploma or higher with a minimum of 5 years working experience in handling orders and customer service function, preferable with MNC and in the healthcare industry with exposure to handling inventory management
Must be able to interact with people at all levels within the organization and strong problem solving skill
Must have good understanding of trade terms
A hands-on person with a keen eye for details and team player
Self-driven, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines,
Be able to take work pressure
