ABOUT THE ROLE Looking for an experienced International Trade Specialist to join our newly formed team to support the business divestiture. You will come with strong knowledge in import and export trade in SEA and India. You will have knowledge in trade compliance too. RESPONSOBILITIES

• Provide strong Customs and Trade Compliance support to DuPont’s Mobility & Materials business units
• Serve as Customs and Trade Compliance single point of contact for Singapore to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance
• Drive import/export operations and compliance activities. Provide ongoing support to the BUs and Logistics team leveraging the First & Standard Order Process. HTS Change management, Deliver 100% compliance with the global import/export strategy
• Execute global Customs & Trade Compliance duty optimization projects for Singapore; Free Trade Agreements, Support bonded operations customs formalities, Work closely with external suppliers, business unit supply chain teams, Customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely import/export execution. Where necessary, identify and execute continuous improvements
• Manage Trade Security Program : Import and Export control, Sanction Party Screening, STP
• Provide guidance and training to local business stakeholders, align SOPs for operations and implement KPIs
• Monitor and track suppliers’ performance metrics and gaps, identifying and delivering improvement actions
• Assess and mitigate risks to the business. Manage logistics-related supply chain disruptions in real time with the support of regional/global teams

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong knowledge of import, export, customs, trade compliance
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple cultures, regions and market levels; analysts to senior leadership
• Familiarity and experience with technological tools and processes (experience preferred but not required)
