We have an opening for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, a Threat Analyst with DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response) Capabilities who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure in a hyper-growth environment in Singapore.

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team as a Threat Analyst with expertise in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR). In this role, you will proactively identify, investigate, and respond to security incidents and threats to our organization. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and mitigating security threats through advanced threat intelligence, digital forensics, and incident response techniques. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a deep knowledge of threat landscape trends.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of security alerts, incidents, and threats, utilizing various security tools and technologies.
• Perform advanced digital forensics and incident response activities to identify the root causes, scope, and impact of security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest threat intelligence, emerging vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to enhance proactive threat detection and prevention capabilities.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, procedures, and documentation for incident response and digital forensics processes.
• Participate in security incident investigations, including evidence collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing exercises to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Collaborate with security vendors, industry peers, and external partners to share threat intelligence and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCFA, GCIH, EnCE) are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat analysis, digital forensics, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident management, and security incident response frameworks.
• Proficient in utilizing various security tools, including SIEM, EDR, forensic analysis tools, network security tools, and malware analysis tools.
• Extensive knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and techniques and experience with threat intelligence platforms and feeds.
• Experience conducting digital forensics investigations, including evidence handling, data recovery, malware analysis, and memory analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts, network protocols, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity field.
