Role Summary

The role will be supporting the company\'s digital roadmap and perform data analytics to provide data-driven business insights. The key systems are Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors), Learning Management System (CornerStone) and Payroll platform. The incumbent shall be involved in supporting in all People Systems BAU, Projects and Initiatives across the APAC Region, meanwhile compiling reports of data results for Management reporting.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Close collaboration with the global team to implement global strategic projects and initiatives
  • Support in the implementation of the People systems related projects from process mapping, requirements gathering, data migration, system testing, integration, go-live and post-production support
  • Support in implementation of One Payroll Vendor across APAC
  • Work with users, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met satisfactorily and project is delivered within timeline and scope
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve data interfaces with internal/external applications/databases and other vendor applications
  • Monitor integration for various modules, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, time and attendance, talent, and core HCM ESS/MSS functionality
  • Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting, system re- configuration and adjustments as and when required
People Systems Support
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to improve HR efficiency and productivity
  • Provides advisory services and technical guidance to people services team on data management in system
  • Maintain awareness of regional statutory and regulatory changes, ensure legal requirements are met in all aspects of HR systems
  • Setting security access, updating picklist values and granting report access for users
  • Work with global in the maintenance and troubleshooting of system-related issues reported by users and stakeholders
  • Overseeing all HR system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) Department and the Global Digital Transformation & Efficiency Team
Reporting and Analytics
  • Collect, organize and analyse HR data from various sources to uncover insights, identify trends, and support data-driven business decision-making
  • Take ownership of all HR Reporting tasks, initiatives, and inquiries from global and local stakeholders, make sure that they are resolved / completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality
  • Collaborate with global team for development of HR Metrics and Dashboards, conduct gap analysis on data discrepancies, rectify the issues with global team to achieve high standards in HR reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business or similar discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People Systems with at least 3 years of hands- on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, e.g. Employee Central module is essential. Knowledge of SAP SF RBP (Role Base Permission) and Reporting Tool as added advantage
  • Experienced in HR Transformation Projects
  • Experienced in HR Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Experienced in Payroll Integration Projects preferred
  • Strong project management, vendor management, business analysis and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast- paced business environment
  • Strong understanding of key People processes and practices, from both technical and client points of view, to ensure the People Systems meet organizational needs and goals
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate such needs into technical process and configuration requirements
  • Able to multi-task and manage different stakeholders with different cultures
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
