Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics.
- Work experience with technologies: Snowflakes, Python, SQL, Azure cloud, Databrick and power BI.
- Strong hands-on experience in design and build data ingestion pipeline and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture. Process complex datasets from disparate external sources to support analytics use.
- Strong aptitude for articulating technical requirements in a format that is easily understood by a non-technical person (e.g., business leader)
- Technical Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications. Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions that align with business goals, leverage existing systems, and maximize efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven discussions and support strategic initiatives.
- Individual with commercial analysis exposure in financial services will have added advantage
