Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Database installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Perform patch management, plan and execution
- Hands on experience -incident/RFC management and support PROD environment
- Good understanding on performance running in DB2, Oracle database
- Implement backup and recovery of Oracle DB
- Administration over DB Objects including Tables , Clusters , Views , Procedures etc.
- Good in Impact Analysis of DB Change / DB Design Change etc.
- Good understanding of core support processes and change management, maintain documentation standards
- Must have experience in Database tuning including I/O, Load Analysis, ADDR, AWR, SQL Profiling etc
- Responsible for installation, upgrades , patches, SR support, database tuning, concurrent manager administration, cloning
- He/she will be customer facing for all operational issues and activities
- Provide 24 x 7 standby support
