Some of the key responsibilities will include

• Providing legal and documentation support for the derivatives business in Asia ex Japan,
• Be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating master documentation for OTC derivatives transactions,
• Ensuring legal enforceability of netting and collateral agreements,
• Providing legal, structuring, and documentation support for OTC hedging associated with loan facilities and structured fixed income products,
• Identifying and analyzing legal and regulatory issues,
• Providing timely and sound legal and regulatory advice collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Supporting global or regional initiatives,
• Providing training and legal knowledge management to internal stakeholders.

• 8+ PQE, qualified lawyer from Singapore and other Commonlaw jurisdictions
• Experience from both in-house and/or international law firm will be considered
• Experience in financial markets and master agreements (ISDA, GMRA, etc) experience is a must
• Solid working knowledge in interest rates, currency/FX and other fixed income derivative
• Strong drafting and negotiations skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Singaporean or Singapore PR is a must due to EP restrictions
