Responsibilities: * Understand project and contract specifications. * Work out FPSO Marine Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) system concepts, schedule of deliverables and plan activities in lin Responsibilities: Understand project and contract specifications. Work out FPSO Marine Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) system concepts, schedule of deliverables and plan activities in line with overall project schedule, delegate the tasks to electrical team members assigned to the project and monitors the progress. Prepare equipment layout in compliance with requirements of contract, classifications and regulations and coordinate with various disciplines for material handling, constructability and installations, operations and maintenance, and safety etc. Lead Electrical teams to prepare project documents, such as design philosophies, electrical consumer list, electrical load balance, single line diagrams, room layout and deck arrangement, cable schedules and etc. Lead Instrument teams to prepare project documents, such as design philosophies, ICSS topology, I/O list, Instrument list, cause & effect matrix, control narratives, intrinsically safe loop calculation, SIL verification, room layout and deck arrangement, cable schedules and etc. Leads team to prepare procurement engineering documents, such as technical specifications, equipment data sheets, technical bid evaluation etc. Leads team to review and comment vendor documents. Provides inputs for conversion and repair specification Lead the team to prepare plans Participates in technical meetings, progress reviews, 3D Model reviews addresses issues related to electrical design, interface. Participate safety studies, such as hazid, hazop and etc. Address comments from client, classification and other third parties working on the project. Communicate with vendors and other disciplines and ensure that changes are timely captured and implemented in electrical engineering and 3D Model. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor in Electrical/ Instrument/ Telecom Engineering or other relevant disciplines Preferably 5 years of work experience in off-shore projects (FPSO) Preferably 5 years of experience in designing of Control Valve, On-Off Valve, Pressure Safety Valve, Pressure Regulating Valve, flow meters, metering skid Experience of basic engineering and detailed engineering Good knowledge of valve selection, flow meter selection Good knowledge of sizing of valves, valve actuator, flow meters Good knowledge of selection of material Well conversed with international codes and standards applicable for valves, flow meters, metering Our Addresses and Working Hours Sembcorp Marine Ltd - Tuas Boulevard Yard 80 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 637051 (Islandwide transport provided) Mon-Thu: 7.30am - 5.15pm Fri: 7.30am - 4.15pm Sembcorp Marine Ltd - Admiralty Yard 60 Admiralty Road West, Singapore 759947 (Transport provided from Sembawang MRT) Mon-Fri: 8am - 5:30pm Interested candidates with relevant background are invited to send us an updated resume with your current and expected salary, reason of application and earliest availability there.
