• Create brand identity design concepts through a collaborative design development process, \xe2\x80\x9cDesign Sprint\xe2\x80\x9d to elevate the brand promise and storytelling, leading a team of a designer and design agency partners through design excellence and execution.
• Demonstrate the power of integrated visual design systems for Personal Care brands across consumer touchpoints with a direct link to commercial campaigns and market activations, collaborating both within design and multi-functional partners.
• Lead multiple design initiatives and handle complexity with time management with an ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design execution with excellence.
• Drive leadership in Brand Design; identify and interpret trend, competitive activities and implications, key consumer/customer activities and needs, and emerging technologies and their potential applications.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Essential Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years of design experience within leading strategic design/creative agencies with at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience for CPG brands.
• Doer, not just manager
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates design mastery in graphic design and brand identity: ideation, creative excellence, storytelling, and technical mastery.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and. visual
• A proactive and flexible mindset to drive and lead changes in dynamic-paced. projects.
• Fluency in AI software (Adobe Firefly and Midjourney)
• Fluency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
• Preference for motion graphic software fluency
• Preference for team management experience
• Preference for Chinese language fluency
