Responsibilities

Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for glass, aluminium, curtain wall, cladding, facade systems, structural steel, and metal works.





Develop complete architectural drawing sets, including:


Structural set-out plans Wall set-out drawings Detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections Structure body plan





Convert conceptual designs, sketches, and tender drawings into precise AutoCAD and Revit drawings for submission and approval.





Produce as-built drawings after project completion.





Prepare detailed drawings of curtain walls, skylights, canopies, doors, windows, cladding panels, and structural assemblies.





Support engineers and project managers in preparing material schedules, cutting lists, and quantity take-offs.





Liaise and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, facade consultants, suppliers, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.





Provide drawing clarifications and technical support to fabrication and installation teams.





Perform other drafting and design duties as assigned by the manager or project lead.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.





Minimum 7 years of working experience in facade design, structural steel detailing, or architectural drafting preferred.





Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, facade systems, and steel structure detailing.





Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and SketchUp, with good skills in Microsoft Office.





Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate drawings under deadlines.





Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge.





Comfortable working in a office and site setting.
