- Knowledge of 3-4 creative disciplines to produce compelling and cohesive ATL, BTL and digital work under broad direction
- Expertise in Adobe CC and productivity software like Teamgantt and Teams
- Proficiency in digital a must (website, mobile, UX/UI design)
- Proficiency in motion and/or environmental design an advantage
- More than 5 years of graphic design experience
- Conjure magic from creative
- Propose concepts founded on research and inspiration
- Design brands and campaigns that get people excited
- Design experiences (digital, print, video, experiences) guided by your own firm art direction
- Present your masterpieces confidently and persuasively
- Prepare FA and production supervision as sometimes needed
- Ability to present and facilitate brainstorming sessions with some flair and showmanship
