The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and be skilled in managing design projects from initial concept through to final execution. Your role will involve bringing client visions to life, creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and functional

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative design concepts and space plans that align with client goals and needs. Create mood boards and curate material selections to bring designs to life. Prepare detailed drawings, layout plans, and construction documentation. Coordinate effectively with clients, in-house drafters, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee site visits and monitor renovation progress to maintain design consistency and quality. Stay informed on the latest design trends, materials, and technical advancements to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design. Proficient in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or equivalent. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
