• Establish design scheme for building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations * Advis Establish design scheme for building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations Advise/ coordinate on the requirements of facilities/ utilities such as plant rooms, gas supply, and water supply to the development Prepare detailed mechanical calculations Understand and company with BIM execution plan Creation of 3D model content Modelling using specified design tools Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D model Assist e-Submission to authorities and amendment of the drawings Assist with archival of 3D models and related documents Administer, draw, produce & distribute to relevant users of the 3D models Ensure and verify corrective actions on HSEQ's non compliance at design or audit stage Any assigned ad-hoc duties Requirements Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, or its equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc) Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis Only Singaporean If you have the drive and capabilities to take our challenge, please send full details of your experience, qualifications, current and expected salaries via APPLY NOW .
