Job Description

We are a fast-growing design firm with clear development plan and looking for creative individuals with a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for:

Job Scope:

To provide interior design expertise and related services To receive requirement brief from client and discuss project with internal project team and contractors To conceptualize and carry out concept design, research, space planning To prepare design & construction(as-built) documentation Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization. Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. The candidate must be competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office Excellent creative and communication skills Excellent time management skills * Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute proposed designs
