Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Game Design or related field (Master's degree a plus). 3+ years experience in casino slot game (land-based or mobile) development. Strong practical experience in game design, with a solid grounding in theory, especially in UX and player psychology. Excellent communication skills for documentation (writing technical documents, creating mock-ups) and self-expression (articulate, able to present ideas to varying audiences). Have good exposure and understanding of current casino slot games products and trends. Demonstrated creativity in providing new ideas and problem-solving. Ability to work in a creative and collaborative environment. Ability to multitask and work on multiple games simultaneously. Self-driven, initiative, and a positive attitude.
