  • Responsible for Level 1, Level 2 support for Desktop Services. Responsible for ongoing management and maintenance of the IT End User infrastructure (hardware and software) located in APAC to ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services to the business.
  • Responsible for providing technical expertise and overall management of the IT End User Infrastructure (hardware and software). Responsible for supporting new business requests and implementing new End user technologies in APAC.
  • Integration with Global Infrastructure & Operations
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Experienced IT Engineer with more than 4 years supporting End User Services (user field Support, Service Desk, Tier 2 support, etc.)
  • Wide Experience in End User hardware (Desktop/Laptop hardware, printers, mobiles, etc.) and software (Microsoft Windows 7/10, Office 365, Microsoft Systemcenter, Visio, Project, MS Teams, Acrobat, Dameware ,Citrix Xendesktop/XenApp, client Applications ,etc)
  • Experience on managing IT End User services (printing services, telephony services, etc.).
  • Experience in Data Network Services (WAN, LAN, switching, routing, wireless, DHCP, DNS) And Network Security (Internet perimeter, VPN,DMZ).
  • Knowledge of Internal Telephony & Videoconference Services (MS Teams, VOIP gateways, Contact center Cisco UC)
  • Experience in ITIL process model and best practices (incident, request, change, problem management, etc.)
