We are currently seeking Full-stack Software Developers to join our team. This position is a hands-on software engineering role responsible for developing digital healthcare solutions. We collaborate to develop, craft and deliver high-quality business applications with Agile development rooted in Lean principles. It is an inclusive, and creative environment with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. You will be partnering with all our business sectors to enable the future of healthcare in the digital world.

What you will be doing

• You will look to develop clean code using practices like BDD, TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, pair & mob programming
• You will use continuous integration & delivery practices (DevOps) to improve software delivery speed & quality
• You will work in collaborative, product/platform focused teams to build customer centric experiences that will be used by employees, healthcare providers, patients and our communities
• Learn and implement the newest technologies and software development techniques to deliver next generation digital healthcare solutions
• You will partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams advocating a devops/devsecops culture
• Take ownership and accountability beyond individual results, always pushing the limits and challenging the status quo

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• You understand software analysis, design and coding concepts
• You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• You have a passion for learning and a desire to create meaningful digital solutions to improve the trajectory of health for humanity
• You\'re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• You have 2+ years of experience using two or more development languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) code smells
• You have experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
