CrescoData is embarking on the next stage of its journey as it has recently been acquired by the
global shipping and mailing company Pitney Bowes. This strategic investment enhances the
Company\'s product of erings for mid-high volume Ecommerce shippers. It also accelerates Pitney
Bowes Enterprise Shipping and Locker go-to-market strategy for the Retail and Pharmacy verticals.

The role
The Senior Developer is a critical part of CrescoData\'s tech delivery team. They are responsible for
enhancing and supporting the Cresco Data platform. As part of the tech team, you wil work on a
range of components of the platform using the latest cloud technologies and wil work closely with the
Customer Success team to understand customer requirements.
The Senior Developer wil also be in charge of developing new features and keeping the platform up to
date.
Responsibilities
The Senior Developer takes an active role in mentoring the development team members to ensure
employment of development best practices, and individual performance to achieve the required quality
level for our products. In addition, where necessary the Senior Developer wil work closely with the
Head of Delivery & Operations, Head of Product and Head of Customer Success to ensure the
Delivery team is in line with the Company\'s business plans and objectives.

\xe2\x97\x8f Support and enhance the CrescoData platform
\xe2\x97\x8f Build scalable solutions - product / platform - working in col aboration with the Head of Product
and Head of Delivery
\xe2\x97\x8f Help prioritise frontend and backend development tasks based on their dif iculties and
distribute them to internal or external resources.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with Cresco Data\'s customers on understanding their objectives & identifying and
implementing a technical solution
\xe2\x97\x8f Own Development Operational KPIs - development processes and platform costs to ensure
we are providing scalable solutions to customers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide support to development projects throughout the project life cycle by ef ective
management and accountability of the development team\'s delivery targets, working with the
Operations team to ensure key target dates are met
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist the customer success team with the investigation of support issues and be the
development escalation point where appropriate
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide necessary support to the Sales function, providing expert technical POV in presales
activities
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide training to new developers on the Cresco Data solution set, getting them equipped to
be functional in their specific area - Integrations / Branded solutions / Front-End &
Backend-End.
\xe2\x97\x8f Delegate and review the work of junior / senior developers, and provide sound technical
expertise & advice on how their work could be improved/ optimised. Review completed tasks
to ensure adherence to Cresco standards
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the MD/Head of Product to resolve issues and define the long term
requirements of the team, based on the product roadmap
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform any other ad-hoc tasks given by the MD.
\xe2\x97\x8f Be able to work with dif erent departments spread across multiple regions and time zones
including India/Australia/New Zealand as required
Skills and Qualifications
We\'d like you to have the fol owing skil s:
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Experience with Python.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Experience with AWS Services - mainly Dynamodb & Lambda
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with serverless architectures
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with eCommerce.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Rest API integrations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in managing and reviewing work of junior developers
In addition, the fol owing skil s would be useful:
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience developing front ends using Javascript/Angular 2+
\xe2\x97\x8f Multilingual language skil s as CrescoData support customers across the globe
