Senior Development Engineer (deposition/pvd/cvd)

Job Description
Job Responsibilties:
- Simulation for material properties for film development
- Proof of concept and new methodology
- Create and maintain process documentation that fulfill ISO practise
- Partner and support R&D team need in experiment and sample making to enable the realization of technology roadmaps
- Perform process matric (DOE and ANOVA) to investigate problems and support process improvement
- PHD or Master Degree in Material Science or Engineering or any equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry
- Understanding of thin film metallurgy and deposition processess and equipment (Ion Beam deposition, PVD, CVD)
- Experience in demonstrating statistical skills in data analysis, knowledge in JMP, Minitab, DOE and SPC
- Experience in tools : Ellipsometer, X-ray reflectometry, SEM, EDX
- Experience in quality certified environment (ISO9001, 5S, 8D, Lean Six Sigma)
