Lead implementation of DevSecOps capabilities to support AIDA's code development Develop and enforce coding best practices, security policies and automation across the whole CI/CD pipeline Integrate GenAI tools and practices into AIDA's development workflow Act as the subject matter expert in DevSecOps practices and drive a shift-left approach to security and compliance Lay groundwork for future-ready, scalable DevSecOps platform and grow high-performing technical team Collaborate with platform engineering, cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery processe

Make An Impact By

Evaluate Singtel's existing DevSecOps tools and other tools in the markets (Atlassian, GitLab, Azure DevOps) to determine best long term DevSecOps solution for AIDA Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using selected tooling Define and implement security-by-design principles across build, test, release, and deployment stages Introduce automation for secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance validation Develop security baselines and controls for code repositories, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines Implement and monitor secure artifact and container registries Explore and implement use cases for GenAI in secure software development (e.g., AI-assisted code review, automated documentation, security linting) Define guardrails and risk mitigation strategies for GenAI-enabled development processes Provide DevSecOps best practices and guidance to platform and engineering teams Work with cybersecurity and IT teams to align with corporate policies and regulatory standards Contribute to operational readiness, observability, and incident response playbooks related to platform deployments

Skills to Succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or cybersecurity with at least 1 year focused on DevSecOps 1 year in a senior technical role implementing or running DevOps/DevSecOps platform Deep experience with implementing and operating Atlassian, GitLab and/or Azure DevOps platforms Strong understanding of cloud security practices, networking, and access control in hybrid environments Knowledge of integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot Analytical and pragmatic, with the ability to assess trade-offs between reuse and rebuild Clear communicator who can explain complex technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholders Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with AI and data code development process in telco environment
