The DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining secure, automated, and observable infrastructure solutions. This role involves working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Helm charts, sidecar patterns, and service accounts to ensure security is integrated throughout the development and operations lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls
• Manage and optimize observability tools and frameworks for infrastructure and applications
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Create and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments
• Implement sidecar patterns for enhanced security and functionality in containerized environments
• Ensure compliance with security best practices across all DevOps processes
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate DevSecOps principles

Qualifications
The ideal profile should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of actual working experience in DevSecOps
• Strong experience with DevSecOps methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Knowledge of Helm chart creation and management
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Understanding of sidecar patterns and service account management in Kubernetes

Professional and/or Technical Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent cloud certification
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or Security+
