Job Purpose:

An essential role within our Content Lab (digital brand experience arm in brand design team), the Colgate-Palmolive Sr. Digital Art Director guides and leads Brand Experience (Including UX, UI and graphic design, visual art) digital design for the Asia Pacific region of our global brands and businesses.

You: A Creative wizard, who is on trend and also setting trends

\xe2\x97\x8f Passionate FMCG brand storyteller who designs engaging, beautiful digital brand stories across websites, social media and e-commerce platforms
\xe2\x97\x8f With creative leadership, create concepts and execute digital touch points, with a focus on omni channel environment (e.g. e-commerce ecosystem, owned media, O2O connected retail, as well as web 3.0 and metaverse)
\xe2\x97\x8f Conceptualize break through (brand appropriate) digital creative that is modern and disruptive with dynamic storytelling
\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the creative and production process for digital asset creation (infographics, thumbnails, banner ads, videos etc.) which includes partnering with the content strategist, brand team as well as sourcing creative talent/freelancers to direct them on the project needs
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead PPM (Pre Production Meeting) and lead digital photoshoots and oversee retouching
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to think digital first and be passionate about creating highly intuitive, beautifully crafted ideas across web, mobile apps and social media platforms

Main Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Together with the Content Strategist & Brand team, conceptualize, design and execute digital creative, supporting the overarching brand experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage ambiguity by adapting with agility to new demands and challenges. Strong problem-solving skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with Design managers, copywriters and digital designers to create impactful ecommerce campaigns,social media and website content creation to achieve the highest level of KPI achievement (e.g. SEO, bounce rate, CTR, Conversion)
\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate and develop content through visual storytelling
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay abreast of and share UI/UX design best practices (design, typography, video, etc.)
\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate and mentor the creative team
\xe2\x97\x8f Champion Colgate-Palmolive\'s design-integrated philosophy and brand equity standards.

Required Qualifications:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree/certificate of design.
\xe2\x97\x8f Min 10 years professional experience as an art/creative director in a digital/cross-media creative environment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Min 3 years expereience on a creative team working with FMCG/CPG/ Fashion digital brand creative.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on, daily design/art direction experience under deadline.
\xe2\x97\x8f Schedule management/art direction of others\' schedules to achieve excellent results.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong hand-on working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Core: Illustrator, PhotoShop,InDesign, AfterEffects) alongside photography experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Working knowledge of Sketch, Figma and Content Management System (CMS) environments and HTML/CSS/motion graphics animation/video editing experience are welcome
\xe2\x97\x8f Content creation (e.g. video shoot with talent, product) experience.
