Software Coding and Consulting Services is seeking a skilled full-time Senior Digital Community Manager to join our team of innovative social and digital experts. We are looking for someone with strong project management, team management, and copywriting skills in the digital and social space. Candidates should have a firm grasp on pop culture, film, TV, social media trends, and must be able to produce fluent English tones and voice for any brand.Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly recap of community management, key engagements, and metrics including relevant screenshots

• Lead weekly call with Digital Community Managers and the Manager, Digital Marketing to update everyone on the past week of engagement

• Create monthly social calendars including suggested themes and trends to engage with

• Create/post copy for the Company

• Coordinate with Manager, Digital Marketing on a daily basis to express updates, urgent comments/requests, and status on pending engagements

• Ideate innovative social copy for clients' social channels

• Continuously optimize voice, tone, and copy across all clients

• Assist with monthly reporting and analytics for each client

• Keep up to date on the latest social trends to ensure client participation

• Over-communicate progress, priorities, hurdles, successes, schedule changes, updates, learnings, and needs to Manager, Digital Marketing

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years working in social media on a brand or for an agency

• Solid knowledge and experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter

• Strong copywriting with fluency in English

• Team and schedule management skills

• Attention to visual detail and ability to create and follow-style guides and brand guidelines

• Works well with tight deadlines in a team environment

• Ability to ideate and execute social engagements for multiple clients simultaneously

Job Type: Full-timePay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthBenefits:
